My sleep pattern has gone to shit again the last few days as well. It's now 2:15AM, and I have a lecture at 9AM tomorrow, not to mention
mountains of work to do, which has to be done tomorrow. Unfortunately, 3 glasses of wine, 2 glasses of port, and a small glass of banana rum means I'm still wide awake, and there's no way I can get to sleep now.

Urgh, I need to get some sleeping pills or something.
