You can get DS pokemon games 100% legit here. Especially Gen V.

i've had my fair share of fake ones from somewhat reputable stores who refused refunding ..i have 7 copies of pokemon diamond alone ... my only game that hasn't lost its save file till today is my black from Heathrow

Is FireRed a good pokemon game? I've downloaded it and started playing. but i don't want to spend too much time on it and then realize that it sucks.

It's essentially Pokémon Red with prettier colours and a few minor changes to make it more modern.

I've played Red, Sapphire, LeafGreen and Black, and beaten the former three. I couldn't stand the newer graphics...

Less glitchy (i.e. less fun), PKMNs have nature (or rather, personality), and they can hold items. Even though the new versions seem better, I like the originals more.

I only played red and sapphire, and both over half decade after their time. I suppose it something you need to grow up with for it to be "the shit".

You also need to have a following in school or elsewhere in your friends circles for you to keep playing them. Else it just makes you look socially awkward and you get bored . I think .... We'll that's how it was for me anyway

The ugly pokemon beyond second gen killed it for me. I played the third but didn't finish it. Just too boring.

Check your PM. These ones are 100% legit. I never said anything about getting Gen IV games legit here. But Gen V as a matter of fact is available legit.

Hmm, about 400 I guess... I'm speeding up my usual pace from 25 per week to 50 (that's about 200 per month; most likely less than that though). Objective: N3.
