I still float in every now and then, but I rarely have time to do much these days between work and study. But it's paying off as I now watch my animu and read my mangos in Japanese and played through the Miyako route of Majikoi that was so close yet so far away only 5 months ago. This one has punctuation outside the quotes, because what is in the quotes does not end in a full stop, exclamation mark, or whatever.

And in American you pull that first . inside the " regardless if it's part of the quote or not, which does not feel logical to an Englishman. (Only valid for . and , - no other characters.)
