It's a 16 year old car and it hasn't clocked up that many km's for its age. Planning to get it done up throughout my life.

No, it looks more like an imitation of a VN screen. Firstly, with such a detailed background, the text wouldn't be so pixellated. Second, there's a signature in the bottom right.
Might be wrong though, if so, that is pretty good artwork. And I have no idea what anime that is from.

Well then go and find out, it's not an eye catcher, it's at the end of the episode, since some time ago anime series put an artwork image at the very end of every episode, in case you didn't know.

The earthquake god hidden within my washing machine has been sated. He's decided I'm allowed to wash my clothes without destroying the kitchen now. :3

(And the less cool version is when the washing machine was put in the transport bolts weren't removed so we've faffed about trying to get them out tonight. But I like the idea of a sated god more)
