Final Cut Pro if you're skilled and willing to pay for a quality product. Adobe Premeir Pro if you're just learning (it's actually just fine in my opinion), or just Premier Elements for that matter. I don't really know about Avid.

I only had a quick look at the video but if this SOPA gets passed then we can expect the internet is die in its current form. Hollywood will run rampant taking out sites left and right to try and squash pirates causing causalities along the way. No-one will be safe from it, no matter where you are. If the current trend is anything to go by, these copyright trolls are going to make a mint from this bill.

I expect to see a huge drop in the US economy if this bill passes as site owners leave the country is droves.
