Actually, the copyrighters will eat their own shit when this takes effect, cuz all sales will drop dramatically.
SOPA pretty much will make the USA internet area black and white, you can thank copyrighters when they going to understand what the fuck they did.

What i'm afraid of is that they are trying awfully hard to pass this bill under any means possible, honestly i wouldn't be surprised if they merged this with medicare, under an unreadable fine print if it meant getting it passed.

Not to mention, the US government can use it to take down the websites of foreign governments, businesses, etc, if they feel like it, provided the domain is managed by a US company - which means all .com, .org, .net, and .info domains.

I can imagine it now - a trade dispute between the US and another country? Just threaten to take down the websites of half that country's businesses if they refuse to comply with US demands. It's completely ridiculous.

The Government (as we all know) has a history of abusing the powers bills give them. They'll be able to take any site down without reason and probably without explanation. I can easily see legitimate sites being taken down just because they are getting the the Government's way.

Plus, as that video said, most of the people voting on this bill barely know how to use a keyboard, let alone understand how the internet works.
