No, they are friends so close they could share their organs if it would help the other.

Rarely you could find such friendships, it's what makes the entire series and Nanoha Strikers so good.

Like I said. Their bond is unlike normal friendship, but it's not romantically involved feeling.

I think this show, series in fact, is so popular due to just that.
Nanoha is devoted to helping others with her power, she only needs friends to support her.
She has it all, and you would notice that most people that don't like mahou shoujo shows, also like this show a lot.

Is it just me, or is it awkward when you're reading a post or reviewing an anime and someone walks by JUST as you scroll past a full-screen picture of an anime girl? Maybe I just feel awkward easily.
