I find it unacceptable that we have laws classifying a very large portion of the population as criminals for actions that are both benign and natural.

I would be honored it if people would print one of my drawings on toilet paper, though that would be honoring me too much. I don't draw so well. (I used to be good at drawing but I lost my talent at high school when I stopped practicing. Damn computer's fault.)

though frankly, she should have saw this coming, If she didn't want people using her art for anything she should have never posted it in the first place. or at least post it in a way that it's useless except as a preview, e.g. having a huge-ass watermark that's impossible to clean up with photo-editing.

She has every right to "overreact". especially since she didn't seem to release her stuff as Creative Commons.

Kyrdua is right. Sorry, Havoc, but you committed the heinous offense of copyrigt infringement by illegally making an unlicensed copy of the picture on your harddrive. The FBI will be along to arrest you shortly, even if you live in New Zealand.

FBI can kiss my ass, at the time of the picture's making kuran agreed to me having it, there was no talk of editing it in any way, and I never claimed I would do anything to it. All arguments are void.
