People are surprised when they find out I'm a nerd, it's weird. I see myself in no other light.

Then again, quite a few people assume that perma-stoned, so I guess my self-image is rather inaccurate.

To most people, anyone interested in computers—whether programming, networking, or engineering—are nerds. Also anyone who is interested in anime and manga is a nerd. It seems like things are changing slowly though, like more people are becoming nerds so it's more accepted. For example, hipsters. Hipsters are nerds in disguise. Damn hipsters.

Those are geeks. They can be nerds too though.

I think the socially awkward part is a result of the studious-ness, not a necessary condition of "nerd".

Well my phone died few days ago..so I bought a new the day it died and today I just got it in the mail. The phone I got is the Verizon Razr maxx

I got it for the battery. Its one of the biggest if not biggest battery for a cell phone.

hi guys. i been wondering if the torrent on bakabt are magnet link by default or only some of them. as far as i know all if not most the white list client support magnet link. cant seem to find this info any where

I don't see magnet links anywhere on BBT so I don't know.

Here's the reason why we'd never use magnet links:

Magnet links don't work in combination with 'private' torrents, so we can't use them unless we go full public.
