then the practice itself was mostly kirigaeshi

and we also had a lot of work for motodachi overall
after basic kirigaeshi, we started duin fancy things like, Men, Men, Kote-men, Kote-men, Men series with only 'one' kiai. xD and with and each of the hits were mostly tobikomi-men's
and after that what is rather easy, they went and added one more dô and men hits, both with tobikomi xD
then for finish, the last 5 mins '=_= 10 tobikomi-men's with '1' kiai
and with '1' kiai I mean that you take breath only once
