I thought about using Celsius since its international, but I figured it wouldn't really matter if you don't live in the US or know US climates regarding specific states, so I left it in Fahrenheit.

A cool temperature unit be at 0 at 0 Kelvin and at 1000 at 0 Celsius. It would be easy to way in everyday life AND in scientific contexts.
