Wow, that was p. awesome. My Neighbour Totoro is actually a p. upbeat, happy movie so those events don't really fit what happens in the movie. But it does have death undertones, so it's understandable. Thanks for sharing that.

I was mostly in the heat of the moment. Imagine someone you've dated for 10 months decides to dump you, and get with another chick about a week or two later. You kinda start to feel a bit betrayed because, how long were they talking together before we broke up? So I took it a bit badly. My bad XD Shouldn't be taking it out on you or anyone else. Good thing I'm over this now

Back to 2-d guys I suppose. lol

Small poll; what do you guys put on your pancakes/waffles? Was talking about this earlier at lunch. Butter, jam, syrup sort of thing. Found out that I'm the only one who puts nutella on their waffles.

My parents' home had an iron waffle maker, which made giant plate-sized waffles. Used to make them every weekend, stuff them full of assorted berries and cover them with fruit syrup and whip cream. I can't go to Eggos from there, and I've got no room for more appliances in my kitchen.

Regular pancakes I use a bit of pure maple syrup. Swedish pancakes I use a light coating of powdered sugar and then roll it up. Waffles get a little butter and powdered sugar.

As for what I put in pancakes as opposed to on, I love blueberries!

potato/cottage cheese pancakes - nothing or sour cream mixed with jam.
regular pancakes with nothing in them - generally just jam.

If I already go through the hassle of making waffles, I tend to make some special "stuffing" along the way. Usually some sour/sweet chocolate.
