well, wasn't that much serious actually, it was just how our class worked, not to mention we were all doing it for the sake of fun without seriously bullying or pushing someone down.

no need to be all serious ya all lol

lol, the school "internet" administrator could never stop me, i always messed up my classmates comp by switching to porn and snitching on the teacher : D... those were days..
Thats not cool at all.
Really? I would've found that rather amusing. Especially when they'd get expelled.

there wasn't such a rule in my country, also depends of personality of the teacher if really taking it bad. though they never got over than just "guys either work or u won't be able to use the comp, for the class being."

also lol hope u all won't look down on me or something, that wouldn't be cool.

Ohi guys I'm back from my hiat...

Finally some free time...

What happened to Andu btw, I just checked and her last post is two months back.

All I see is commenting something about Ozza and whoosh, gone.

That was kinda entertaining...
Besides that, I also remember something about everyone blaming Havok for using her work without permission.
Then she swore that this will be a permanent rage-quit..
Ah yes, that one, even Chiya saw she completely misunderstood my words, she rage quitted for hell knows what reason though, she was raging long before the quitting took over. That was not very interesting, but it was amusing.

WHAT THE FUCK DID I MISS

flyawave, I am not even sure either. Some crap about havok and a picture sparks stupid argument and she bolts off for good when she loses support. Thats the best I could understand it.

A game is one thing, I dont pretend to know the exact situation. But actively trying to get people in trouble for petty bullshit, especially when you are essentially framing them, is fucking low.

Not that I will look down on you, I just wanted to point out my feelings regarding that kind of stuff and maybe you will think twice next time /shrug. Im not your mom.

Hi there, fly. How goes stuff?
You pretty much summed up my thoughts in that reply.

Got to agree with Sor on the framing there.

Sending PMs to interested parties regarding Kuran's case and my involvement.

Lets not dig this up anymore, cuz it's really silly.

Thanks Havok, was informative. As for an update

Saudi Arabia is being, well, Saudi Arabia. Although it did help me cease watching porn (something I've been trying to do for a while, but kept slipping into.)

Finally got on top of all my IB school work. they weren't kidding around when they said this is a seriously tough course. Maths is ridiculous, Physics is irritatingly precise, and Chemistry is as abstract as love. But I'll survive :D

In other news, Got friend-zoned. Nowhere near as shit as people say it is. just needs some management to get comfortable, but it's pretty alright.

I wonder how many years(decades) it will take me to finally get into learning Arabic. *sighs*
God damn uni fucked up my language plans again. Might have to skip deepening russian before going straight for spanish.

IB always makes me think of International Business nowadays but I take it you're meaning the sixth-form diploma. As I've understood the requirements for it are rather close to Finnish ones so yay for you and all.

Friend-zoning usually happens with people who you don't want to fuck anyways, eg. school/work people so you're better off.

Because we can!

Yep yep, the IB diploma thingy.

As for the zone, after being rejected, it stays on your mind because it's a bit of a blow. So on thinking about it, you realise "maybe I was going ahead way too fast without thinking."

Turns out I'm not too sure if I ever really wanted to grow old with this girl. Rather, I think I wanted to grow UP with her, y'know? not someone you wish to spend the rest of forever with, but someone you wish you knew forever. Meh, it's either that or this is a massive case of "the grapes are sour"

How long till you get your diploma?

Naturally, stays there if you aren't F-zoned too.
And hey, nothing wrong with growing up. You ought to enjoy your youth while it lasts!
Seriously though, skipping school for messing around is always a great choice and the memories will stay.

The cold, hard fact is that your school days don't matter. As soon as you get into uni, it's useless and as soon as you get a job, your uni is useless. So one shouldn't stress too much about education, the memories(school before uni) and contact networks(uni), are much more important. Make the best of what you have and get serious later when you're too old to have fun anymore!

Unless you plan on staying in the uni afterwards as a prof of course.  :P

I wanted to laugh, but then I just sighed instead.

Education is important. Yeah, network is important too, but if you don't know shit, you won't get anywhere. If you want to have fun, you should do something else than go to uni, and then start studying until you know what you want to do.
The problem with the world is that the intelligent  people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.

I'd say it's a bit more difficult than that. Whether you got an 8.9 or a 8.6 doesn't matter in the great scheme of things, yes. But personal research, personal ability development and habits do.

If playing truant was something you did a lot at school, it is something that'll likely carry over to both your university and work "So yeah boss, I've got a really bad cold today*cough cough*. Can't come in. Sorz, k?". Diligence, stuborness, ability to reason or understand, ability to teach yourself something... all of these habits will effect your future life long after you graduate.

School gets you in the door, your ability to adapt and deal with people gets you further.
Over the years I have found that everything I have learned gets used 5% of the time, where as my ability to interact with people does the rest.

Sure, it has to do with profession, but honestly, people skills are paramount.

The day I see people getting into jobs with their skills instead of their references I can reconsider but that isn't happening anytime soon. Plus you'll have to learn how they do things at the company you get the job anyway so it's mostly pointless in uni.

There are a few exceptions, like coding or physics(where they just expect you to know something useless and be able to learn new shit anyways) but that's how it goes in grander scheme of things.

Diligence, stuborness, ability to reason or understand, ability to teach yourself something
These are all things I've found to be rather neglected at both school and uni.
Or maybe it's just that general populace really is that dumb.

Really? The ability to reason and to apply theory are probably the main things I'm taught in university.

Anyway, I kind of look up to education. We have a saying here that basically translates to "Knowledge is not a burden. That which you learn is not something you'll have to carry on your back"

I'm very well aware that I'll only use 10% to 40% of what I'll learn in the actual world. That however, does not mean that I'd be better of not knowing the other stuff at all.
