Norway sucks so it's to be expected. I still don't get why you chose to watch that instead of the Canada USA.

Canada - USA was worth watching. Really entertaining. 5-4 overtime for the yanks.
Some of the canadians had issues with motivation but god damn the yankees looked like they had learned how to play outside of NHL. They did a shitload of horrible mistakes but they played really, really good overall.

Sweden - Czech going on at the moment, in Stockholm stream in youtube. 1-0, check it out.

I honestly didn't know it was on until you told me, at which point it was getting close to the end, so I figured I'd wait to watch it in full later. My internet isn't reliable enough at the moment for streams to work well, either.

No games for us tonight. Slovakia tomorrow. Shouldn't be too hard if they've ironed out the few problems during today.
Canada and USA will be much more difficult with out current team. Our fourth is quite the odd chain and the second one is still not working right. I'm not expecting much unless they find their groove from last year.

So, after being lazy about it (Got up to episode 6 a long while back), I finally got around to finishing Angel Beats... and I think this pretty much sums it up.
