One definition claims lolita being an underage girl with a small body build (petite).

However the term loli often is contradiction to it, although it still describes a petite girl, often dfc, it doe not define age as often loli's are 18+ in any and most sexual depictions, while being cute and "innocent" in all other depictions ( by "innocent" i mean not being a general sexual target, although in many cases, they are more dangerous than a nuclear missile.)

it all falls to stereotype and interpretation.

A bavarian Politician stated once that after two "Maß" (a "Maß" is a glass that holds a litre of beer) it's perfectly OK to drive.

It is - as a matter of fact - not true, this expression is more or less used when talking about politicians spouting bullshit.

Are you referring to these people? Even though the nazis would probably not have gotten the nuclear weapon anyway, for throwing a spanner in the works they definitely deserved their fame. RIP last saboteur.

Nah, Olympic contesters can't get away with such crude doping methods like steroids. The most they can do without being disqualified is high altitude training. This one died because his heart suddenly stopped while he was taking a shower.
