Nah, Olympic contesters can't get away with such crude doping methods like steroids. The most they can do without being disqualified is high altitude training. This one died because his heart suddenly stopped while he was taking a shower.
Clenbuterol is only detectable in the blood for a few days. It's a risk many high level athletes are ready to take.Using it can sometime cause myocardial infarctions. I'm not saying that's what happened. It's just an hypothesis.

Could be, but on other hand doctors commented that this isn't an unknown issue that top level athletes that push themselves to the limits have a higher risk of cardiac arrest, however it is something they have to live with if they want that lifestyle.

It did remind me of Bill Hicks when he compared the death of a smoker with a death of a jogger

I want a Bavarian Maßkrug  :'(. Planned on getting it for sometime, but for some reason never got to it.

Hmmm... I've actually never seen them for sale. Probably you can get them at a tourist shop in Munich for a really ridiculously high price...

You're right. It's a bit ironic that people can die from an hearth attack both if they push themselves too much or not enough. Training is just another thing in the very long but so often ignored list of things that are generally good for you but harmful in excess.

It could be some like this

an enlarged heart....a few NCAA Basketball players have also died similar deaths.

My sister just contacted me to say she has an infected gallbladder stone and so she's getting her gallbladder removed tomorrow.

My mother has been in bed for months because of a condition at a place I shall not not mention but that makes in impossible for her to sit and difficult to stand. She has had 4 surgery.

I know my grandmother recently was very sick, though I don't have the details because she never tell us anything, but I know it was serious because she was hospitalized

Last summer an uncle of mine died from an hearth attack right after taking his leaves from the hospital because of a Cirrhosis.

The spring of last year, my mom had a pancreas stone which necessitated 2 operations, one of which was moderately dangerous. That was about the time she was getting back from a burn out.

My sister has had 2 kids in the past 3 years which is not a sickness but still quite racking for me when she give birth. And right before she had her first son, an acute appendicitis almost killed her.

I'm just fucking tired that my family members are always getting hospitalized. Can't everyone be healthy for once?

Look at the bright side, they are only hospitalised. My cousin died at the age of 14 from severe injuries to her kidneys after numerous attempts to remove the kidney stone proved unsuccessful.

If the condition of them getting sick is you loving them, solution is simple. Stop loving your family.

I don't understand why people do this. Sure, putting your own situation in perspective of another might be comforting, but you also now have to deal with the knowledge of someone else's suffering. I'm pretty sure in this scenario, the saddening of your story outweighs the cheerfulness of perspective.

Why would anyone feel bad for people they don't know, but heard about over internet? People die every second on this planet, feeling sad for every single stranger would drive us insane. Hell, I don't suffer or anything, after all it happened like 15 years ago and I was just a small kid back then.

A friend of mine went to 18 funerals last year, in all he's been to well over a hundred. He's in his twenties.

I'm not trying to tell you to stop whining or something, on the contrary, I wish you and your family all the best. I just hope that a little perspective might help you go "Fuck, I can deal with this". So... hang in there?

Wow, does he live in a warzone or did an epidemic of the plague sweep through his town?

Maybe he works in a funeral service? Otherwise I place my bet on war or pandemics.

Nope, just really rotten luck with friends, family acquaintances and relatives dying off.

Go to the church, see if don't have a curse on self, if does, get exorcised, if not, burn the church.

Not like it's needed to pray anyway for those who need it.
