Especially since our government decided to pass a special law yesterday to end the strike. I wasn't wrong, it eventually turned into a riot. Sometime, I wonder if my government is actively trying to start a civil war.Are they half naked because they are protesting clothing? No we where half naked because it was the demonstration's theme. We would have done it completely naked if there wasn't a law about it. Getting clubbed and pepper sprayed and shot with rubber bullets while fully naked by some overzealous polices isn't something most people want to experience in their life.

Not trying to be insulting, I'm genuinely curious.

Not trying to be insulting, I'm genuinely curious. The same link there is between a demonstration tuition hikes. It's just a way of getting attention to the cause and make our opinion known. This one was particularly good for our PR. People are very fearful of students because of the only partly justified image portrayed in the media. A group of 2k-3k people walking half naked on another hand, while it might look impressive and shows how dedicated we are to the cause, doesn't feel threatening at all to most by-passers (remember Quebec is very secular society).

I need help guys. I am in need of a new general tracker besides demonoid... does anyone have any invites to ANY (general or not) private trackers that I can join please? If so, please PM me and I will be eternally grateful to you.
Did they take down demonoid ?
Majority of stuff from demonoid lands on isohunt anyway.
Quote from: Havoc10K on May 17, 2012, 08:14:13 PMDid they take down demonoid ?They banned demonoid in Germany. So I would be stuck using ISOHUNT or some other openly public tracker (even though demonoid was basically public).
