Didn't say I was for it;) Was just pointing out a reason for why its not as common anymore.

But is it more worse than killing chickens or lambs? The list can go on :p

Haha I'm not saying I agree. We just had a big issue with it in Canada.

Part of the issue is that baby seals are cuter then those other two.

Isn't that the main issue what concerns 99.9% of the animals people try to protect?

well i agree on this part that they do look cute on tv

Not really;) You can buy it in the store (when its season for it), and prepare it yourself.
Got seal served once (long time ago) when I was visiting my aunt.
Its not as common now, after the huge protest against sealhunting. Same goes for whale.

The meat is dark red, almost black, and got a quite ....donno how to describe it.. Raw taste.
Special, but good.
you bought it and cooked it?  :o
maybe it wasn't cooked properly...not saying that your cooking is bad :P
but dark red...wierd

Personally, I would be willing to try whale, seal, or penguin meat (cooked of course), assuming that they did not come from an endangered species, and the meat was prepared properly.
It took an hour to write; I figured it'd take an hour to read.

We went in front of the school, all three of us. One guy was wearing a Burzum necktie. There we picked up our shit and scrammed. I am disappointed by the lack of awkwardness and hilarity.

I lol'd, not just at the incongruity but at the fact that such a thing exists.
I thought you said only 2 were graduating?
