How to minimize Windows Live Messenger to System Tray?

Does anyone here know how I can minimize Windows Live Messenger to my System Tray?

Note: My OS (Operating System) is Windows XP Professional (2002) Service Pack 3.

I know how to minimize WLM to the System Tray with the X (Close) button...

I was just hoping there was a way to configure WLM, so the normal Square (Minimize) button minimizes WLM to the System Tray, instead of minimizing WLM to the Taskbar.

But if the button about 2cm to the right does that exact function, why would you bother? o.O
