weird bittorrent issue

I downloaded a file from a public tracker a while ago, and have had it seeding since then when my computer is on.  The weird part is that whilst none of the trackers are reporting any peers, DHT is reporting 135 that never seem to connect.

Any idea what is happening?

those are ghost peers, or thats what i call them, usually they dont exist.
