VeggyZ:
Right now, Death Note.   I had heard it was bad from a few people but I really don't think so.  It's actually quite clever and different.  It's intense in a different way than a lot of anime and I really dig it.

I finally got my torrent issues sorted out and really only downloaded it to seed it, but ... why not watch it while I'm at it.  I'm glad I did, it's a refreshing change.

Another anime I watched a few episodes of now is Minami-ke.  I thought it was a little boring at first, but I was watching it while I was trying to fall asleep but some of the characters really add a redeeming quality to the show.  I stayed up a bit later than I intended watching it.  Some of it is still a little dull but, that's what you would expect from the genre.  I'll probably end up watching all of that one too, I think.   I don't recall off hand how many episodes there are but I don't think there were too many so I'll burn right through it.

Oh... and Gintama... but I've watched that one before.   That's an anime I can easily watch more than once!  It took me by surprise more-so than any anime I can think of - I thought it was going to just be a bunch of toilet humor... and it is!  but it's genuinely clever when it wants to be, and when it doesn't want to be there's a reason for it.   Ya know, the action and the plot are good as well.

Yeah, I jump around a bit.

Takeshi:
Finished my Hunter x Hunter and Hajime no Ippo backlog. About to finish Kill la Kill. Then I'll just have Yamato and Naruto left.

Winkle:
Both the Gurren Hen & Lagann Hen Movies.

I finished watching Maison Ikkoku for the third time straight.  What a masterpiece!

I was at a loss to find something that I could follow it up with, then came upon
Gingitsune which I am in the middle of right now.
It's so good that I've been compelled to watch multiple episodes at a spell.  Beautiful, touching show.

I'm still watching Ranma and Inuyasha.  For me, they aren't as compelling as Maison Ikkoku, but they're still fun to watch.

Also, I began and finished Mitsudomoe.  Cute, energetic, and silly.  It was enjoyable.
