Took a look at Vividred Operations last night.
I've said I'll help out seeding, so I wanted to see what it was.
From what I've seen they rushed it a bit(story) but still they did a nice job.

The magnificent Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun! A lot of people need to pay focus to genre like shoujo and romance as well, because properly told storyline and beautifully presented theme may not be given out by action and thriller based anime alone..
