Windows 8 does it all. I see my wallpapers all the time since I go from screen to screen between watching, surfing, encoding, music, etc. Not everything stays on the main screen. I also go to my Desktops a lot to clear everything off. >_>;; ...

Oh you mean that thing I was avoiding like lepers with the black death?... Yeah I might keep windows 7 until I have to have switch over to windows 8....

You can do background rotations in windows 7 as well, although not screen specific rotations. I've been using display fusion for that purpose and it works perfectly for me^^

Windows 8 is more customizable. It rotates per whatever time you set it to and the wallpapers will always be different. If it's oversized in width, it will expand it across multiple monitors depending on the width and if you have multiple monitors. I like it so far. Though what I want is, if I do get a vertical monitor standing, I want that to be specified for my vertical collections. Windows 8 shows what you highlight across all your monitors, so yea.
