well she was talking to that guy's sister. . .who is married already and I would assume shes in her 20's and they seem pretty friendly and she said "Im forever 17"

Actually, she took part in the witch trials back in the 19th century, she was the 17 year old female. She wasn't a witch yet though. She became friends with a young with her age, committed treason by breaking her out of jail, then they found the fountain of youth and drank from it, but Captain Jack Sparrow killed the witch before she actually drank from the fountain. Lemon barely escaped due to her cunning nature, which out-smarted Captain Jack Sparrow. Nowadays, Lemon spends her time hanging out with high school kids in Japan, being omnipotent, knowing all which is happening between her underclassmen slaves and alien. This is how the eternal 17 year old, Lemon, lives her life.

wow that was a good episode, this anime's got really good pace. just watched a few episodes of Onegai Teacher as well though and i can't see how Ano Natsu de Matteru got away with having a red headed glasses wearing alien and familiar that acts silly and says 'na' all the time as main characters. As well as a side character like Lemon in both. Still a good anime though!

Automatic Rescue Vehicle has a priority to retrieve her, everything else is in the way.
Not uncommon in anime though and it created another great opportunity.

and I assume if there is no instant clarification we will be dragged with some misinterpretation of others as in "he confessed and she said no thank you im sorry"

i also got the impression that she's older then what she said she is. from that cov with the older married woman, that likes to fight with her husband over stupid crap.

If I remember correctly from Onegai Teacher back there she did say something about being absent for 18 years, it could mean that after these events she will go into that comma state again, from what I remember that condition affects the victim in such way that it literally stays unchanged, doesn't age or anything. In Onegai Teacher she and the MC have the same condition and it seems to be having something to do with some event or incident. They simply stop.

If we are correct about this being a prequel, and we most likely are because everything seems to fit like a glove, during the next few episodes we will learn pretty much everything.

Although this could very well be a long distance sequel. Beats me, R/Lemon remaining a loli is a good thing in overall but it's pretty damn sad that the condition is sudden and can happen at any time on random. I wonder if they will show her collapse in a stop for a bit soon.
