I have to admit, Steam cured me of any desire I had to pirate games. If I want something bad enough, I either pay full price or wait until it drops to an acceptable price on Steam. Now if I had the same option for music, I would consider mending my evil ways once and for all.

Now Gabe has you hooked.

Oh, right. I've never even heard of this Humble Brony Bundle before. I have no idea if that's trustworthy or not, but since it's by a different person just copying the Humble Bundle name, I'm guessing not.

I only said it was my default option.
Turn it around, why should paying for software be my default option?
Its purely arbitrary, because it is what I have been used to since I was, like, 12.

Because it costs money to make. By your logic, you should be able to walk into a shop and just walk out with some clothes without paying for them. Or be allowed to catch a train somewhere without paying for a ticket. Or walk into a restaraunt and not pay for your meal.
I appreciate there is a difference between physical goods and software, but both cost money to make, and with both it is the creator's right to say you can't have what they've made unless you pay for it. I'm not against piracy; but only when there's a good reason for it.
Anyway, how many people bought DEFCON? Any of you want to have a BBT match sometime?

Because everything in life is permitted as long as you don't get caught?

This is another one of life's truths. Not directed anyone in particular here, but I find it funny that when some people finally do get caught, they act like they are the victims.
