Kabuki (by David Mack)
« on: November 24, 2011, 05:32:30 AM »
Is Kabuki considered as manga? I'm talking about metamorphosis v1-9 and the alchemy v1-9 particularly, since I remembered Witchblade as being considered anime/manga, despite it having western origins.

If you're familiar with it, the artwork/characters/story seemed a bit like surrealistic manga. So I was wondering If such a thing could be considered 'uploadable' for bakabt? I'm only asking since I'm still not familiar with the uploading procedure and I didn't find the title in the blacklist.

Don't double post ... the edit button is there for a reason.

As for your question ... it would depend on where it was originally published.  Without looking researching, I'm gonna say its Western Publication due to how it is laid out.

After researching, MU does not have a listing for the title nor for the creator.  Wikipedia says American comic ... >>> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kabuki_%28comics%29

So no, it would not get uploaded here.

Witchblade is a bit different, the original was made in the US ... and the manga & anime are based off of that.  So you would see the manga and things related to the anime here but not the orginal comics.
