I've been wondering, what is everyone here going to be asking for Christmas this year?

I'll start things off by showing my Wish List.

I buy anything I want during the year so not much of a wishlist if anyone asks what i want i just tell them amazon gift card.

I just want to have a good day with family and a fun night with friends... with lots of strong drink.
I havent really asked for presents in years. My parents still insist on getting me stuff tho so I generally just ask them to get me some type of computer hardware.

Anyway- I dont look forward to presents, I look forward to activities.

Actually I do make a Christmas Wishlist ... well 2 ... one is for gifts I'm going to or want to buy for friends, co-workers and family ... the other is what I'm gonna spend my Christmas monies &/or bonus on.

I'm going to buy a PSP for myself... though that has nothing really to do with Christmas, there's just going to be a lot on sale in December and after some thought I don't feel the slightest interest in purchasing a 3DS. I spend an inordinate amount of my professional life just waiting around, so a handheld game system is something of a requirement to keep my brain functioning - and my DS will soon run out of content. I'd like some PSP games as well, presumably.

I'd also like a garlic crusher, but I keep forgetting - I used to think they were a waste of space, but after seeing Jamie Oliver go through clove after clove effortlessly I've reevaluated my position. They're fairly cheap down at Ikea, but the 40 minute drive is putting me off.

Socks, I'd like some made of heavier material for when I'm sleeping - I've been meaning to learn how to knit but I suspect it will be after winter before I'm skilled enough to want to wear anything I make.

That's all I think.

-Trip to Japan (that's not going to happen).

I'll get a bunch of Mandarins or Chocolate as is tradition within my family, might rebuy the kindle (for the third time, y u keep breakin'?) or a psp, don't know really. Shit's a decision of foppery and whim, might not buy anything at all. I already have everything that I *actually* need, the stuff that I don't tends to cost about 20-50 times the amount of money people are willing to buy me presents for; like a house, apartment or car.

I'm more interested in the up and coming family get together.
