Well she did made it to Music Videos and such, and also Cameo roles on some anime(s).

Can you explain further why she's not valid?

She was only mentioned, it's called reference, not a cameo. A cameo is when a character actually doe show up.
And Music Video's are not anime.

And I thought that anything that's connected to Japanese animation is considered as anime.

You need to host the image elsewhere, BBT doesn't have an attachment option.

Erm... there is a way to hotlink from facebook but I think an image hosting site would be a better idea.

I dunno, I just think about what Duki said if i am not mistaken about original characters not being a good idea, and Miku does not have Manga or Anime (doijins don't count)
