An indian thing called dosa. It's a salty pancake made of rice flour. Traditionally eaten with sambar (spicy lentil soup) and coconut chutney.

Did you eat all 4 of those for breakfast? Hard to judge the size of those exactly, but wouldn't that be too much sugar to eat in one sitting without ending up in a coma afterwards?

They arent very big. About 3" diameter. I made 8. I had a friend over so we each had 2 of those then I tossed the other 4 in the fridge.

On topic- Grilled salmon. Nothing special aside from a bit of lemon juice on top.
