Well, depends on the game I guess. The N5 has a 1.1GHz Atom CPU and 1GB of DDR2 RAM, but the GMA500 video adapter is not really suited for 3D (it can decode video though). After all, these devices use only a few watts of power, so you shouldn't expect good 3D performance.

plant vs zombies, it could run on a pentium4 1ghz with a legacy on-board so it should be able to run, but i don't think those tablet's OSes would support it though. no idea about the win7 os.

Pentium100:
Well, the N5 can run XP (and the PsiXpda and UMID BZ come with XP by default). The game would probably run on 7 too, after all, this is normal Windows 7, not Windows Phone 7.
