Personally, since Chiyu is there, the kendo boy should be nearby, probably recording all of this, at least that's how it should be done, even without audio, this is enough to expel him with a note in the files as being overly violent.

He thinks he's so smart, but if it's how I think it is, he's just a spoiled brat that needs to be put in his place.

They can't tell the dean about anything because it involves accel world. Snow Black Hime explained that even if accel world would be exposed to someone who doesn't know about it, it is unlikely to be taken seriously because it only works for young people like kids and teenagers. The dean won't take something that can't be proven seriously.

Yes but they are mentioning Accel World, anything related to this would be questionable and impossible to prove. The best way to do anything about him is showing an audioless log about him making moves on Chiyu and Haru trying to defend her and getting beat up. But I think it would be much better if he told taku regardless about the thing and solving this beforehand, although I think Snow Black Princess will beat the shit out of him eventually. If it will come to this.
