Clannad + Clannad: After Story.

The characters are good, it has hilarious jokes (though some of them get boring later on...), the plot doesn't go as you'd expect sometimes and although it's clearly a harem (especially Clannad, with the main character being surrounded by girls) they managed to put in some good male characters and spread the attention to them too.

To put it even shorter: it's one of the better anime in his genre.

Overall a 7,5/10.

K. Good to know. I was about to buy the second season, but it rose in price from around $33 to $41. Not buying it at that price so I'm waiting for it to go back down.
I'm excited to see the new demon-chick. ^^

Karin (Chibi Vampire) 6/10

Pros:
The English Dub wasn't terrible.
Lots of Comedy.

Cons:
Depthless Characters.
Shallow Plot that you can guess the entirety of in the first episode.

One of the things I was surprised at was that they didn't turn her into a Blood Mage.

Eureka 7

It's been on my "get to watching" folder for so long. After watching it, I couldn't help but kick myself for not starting the series sooner. 50 episodes sounded a little daunting, but I finished this in 2 days. This story was amazing, and I couldn't get enough of it

Pros:
+Interesting and lovable characters
+Intricate plot
+Great emotional development
+Eureka

Cons
-Can't think of any

Verdict: 9.0/10.0

Steins;Gate

+opening sequence is brilliant; the cryptic montage really sets the stage for the series
+Who doesn't love Dr.Pepper?
+the voice acting is simply sublime: Kana Hanazawa and Mamoru Miyano are both superstars
+one of the most captivating anime experiences ever; it's one hell of a ride
+definitely experimental character designs, but they work for the most part
+characters have great chemistry and are a joy to watch together

-the ending doesn't make sense (seriously, just watch it again and think about it a little more)
-entertaining, but not as groundbreaking as it's hyped up to be
-the plot is a bit transparent--you can probably see several plot details coming from a mile away by simply paying attention

8.5/10

Now, time to watch the special.

Almost as emotionally taxing as Clannad. This company definitely knows how to do drama. If you liked Clannad(Who doesn't?), you'll more than likely enjoy this series.

really didn't expect Misuzu to actually die of the illness. I thought she was going to make it.

Air was nice. It was indeed sad. By the way, did you watch "Air: Summer"? Nice OVAs.

Ok, so is Kanon '06 is better animated than Kanon '02? 'Cause I have '02 but the animation is bleh. Their eyes/nose/mouth are all too close together.

I'll be watching the OVAs in a sec. Literally JUST finished Episide 13, which is just a recap of the 12 episodes.

I have yet to watch Kanon 2002. But people who watched both strongly recommend to watch the 2006 one first. So if you haven't watched 2002 download Kanon 2006. Coalgirls did it btw.

They did Angel Beats! too, so far as I know. An original work rather than based on a VN.

Yeah they did Angel Beats as well. But it is not fully a Key work iirc. That's why I didn't mention that in my list. If I had to

About halfway through Desert Punk. It's odd that the only sympathetic character is the sidekick.

Conceived by one of their writers and character designs by one of their artists. Just doesn't have the VN source material (think I heard it might be getting one though?)

Kimi no Iru Machi 8/10

It was really sweet, or even somewhat bittersweet. Just a pity it doesn't have series. I enjoyed it a lot. Will start reading manga soon.

Kimi to Boku 6/10

pros:
fun characters
easy to watch
no dumb love games, like trying to confess and not doing it and so on
cons:
way to easy to watch, do not bring anything new into game, kind of felt like watching the same anime I have seen so many times, and it felt like mediocre anime I have already seen

Kimi to Boku. 2 6.5/10

pros:
better feel of the characters, did not feel so shallow as in first part
more game with the characters and people around them
easy feel-good anime anime
cons:
still had the feel that I have already seen this anime
nothing special about it, most likely will forget about it in a week or so

Another

7.5/10

Pros:
+Horror is a rare genre in anime, so it's good to see some.
+Last few episodes were amazing.
+Mysterious.

Cons:
-Too short. (Could have done sooooo much better if they had built attachment to the characters like in Higurashi)
-Characters are really stupid, and some of their decisions are completely unrealistic.
-Felt like a whole lot of nothing until the last few episodes.
-Scary, but not scary enough. If I'm able to walk to the store to get a midnight snack and not check over my shoulder every other second, it isn't scary enough.

If you like horror, definitely watch it. There simply isn't enough "scary" anime.

A Channel

Pros:
-Superbly cute and adorable
-I like how Run has a lot of potential XD
-It gave me a lot of laughs

Cons:
-Chibi style animation. (I thought I was watching something like lucky star xD

Accel World (8/10)

+ The Setting (sci-fi / virtual reality)
+ Attention to detail

- The Protagonist (ridiculousily whimpy, whiny, and is crying almost all the damn time)
- The lack of common sense for the sake of plot convinience

Can't really think of too many particularily negative or positive things, but I can say that I found the series quite enjoyable and fun to watch. It was a nice change of pace.
