ConsiderPhlebas:
Perhaps I should pick up the manga of that one; I do remember a feeling of loss there...

Tiffanys:
Broken Blade, it was about a 7-8. It was a visually stunning masterpiece, but the story was only about average. The end didn't really have any kind of resolution, they were still left in a big war with an unforeseeable outcome.

If nothing else I didn't mind marathoning it, so it gets bonus points for that. Though, the lead was a bit more of a coward than I'd like, even if he did kinda end up mostly overcoming that. It wasn't all that bad... still, he was no Alucard.

That's a really hard standard for any character to live up to. Short of Spike Spiegel, Mugen from Samurai Champloo, and Motoko Kusanagi there really isn't anyone that seems like they can fit.

Tiffanys:
You left out Revy from Black Lagoon. Actually, there's some others too like the girl from Freezing, and uh... well, a few others. But yeah, it's hard to live up to. I didn't expect it either, but y'know, I'm just saying.

I left out Revy because she's still easily affected by the stuff Rock says about her and loses her cool too easily.
Never watched Freezing because of the art style, I usually go by art style to filter out generic stuff, over-saturation of ecchi that takes away from plot, or if something's got that "Oh, this is a Moe anime..." look to it like every KyoAni piece of shit.
