How to 'delete' Internet Explorer and block Firefox?
rarely_upset:
You could leave firefox to your brother and friend, and hide a copy of Portable Chrome somewhere for your own use, so it won't show up in the start menu.

for firefox, i want to block all access to website except whitelist (talking about Procon Latte), but it seems that i cant configure i well...
for example, i wanna add http://www.mudah.my/Sarawak/for-sale to the whitelist and as my homepage...
then, i select block all site except whitelist...when try to search in the above site, it is block and afaik, procon latte doesnt block anything related to whitelist only...
atm, still trying to figure out this...

Are you sharing a computer? Or is this for business use? Regardless, I think it's either one of the two. Do note, this will blacklist and whitelist anything you do through that IP address, basically the Internet you are using, not just your computer. Do the following:
1. Go to http://www.opendns.com/
2. Click on Register and follow the steps. It will tell you how to promptly set up your Internet so you can do whatever you want on it.
3. Go to For Home, then click on Parental Controls, OpenDNS Home, follow the steps thoroughly and it will allow you to access the settings page. This is where you can block-it-all package, or specifically block pages. Or you can command it to only show specific websites and block everything else.
I use it only when my cousins come over. They love chit chatting about stupid shit on Facebook and their parents don't like that.

^ why do you have to do that when you could use your router's parental control?
(click to show/hide)sadly though my router only has an allow option, meaning everything else are blocked.
theres also another option which is "access control".
(click to show/hide)its a more detailed control that either blocks or allows internet activities.

I'm kind of bemused as to why you whited out the IP address of your router. Isn't it always 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.1?

^ eh? but my filters are empty, i don't really have a reason to allow/block anything at all >,>
