Well, My mom is 176cm, and my pops 180cm. I my growth was supposed to stop at 184cm...
I do Drink 1l of milk per day :D SO I think, Milk & Genes?

Conversions are actually quite easy, you just need a reference, something to compare the value to.

Was 186 when I was still in high school, that was two years ago, so I'm ~188-192, perhaps?
