Immortal as in the immortal phoenix or as in invulnerable+no-old-aging? I would prefer the latter. Pretty sure invincibility is not involved anyway.

Prove to me that I do, indeed, have a Soul and I will surly wish to keep it.

If I HAD to trade it for some reason, I'd want to know if it would just be erased and vanish at my death ..?  To become completely unmade and unknowing, unexistance would be my end with this mortal coil, then possibly I could get interested for some truly higher purpose.

Entrance to heaven/nirvana/etc. for every other mortal creature ever spawned and yet to come, for example.

But, committing my soul to another's possession, such as some sort of unending existence as a  damned soul for all eternity ... I'll pass & take my chances on personal salvation.  Somehow.

But, y'know, thank you for proving to me I have one to worry about ...  ;) 8)

^ the point wasn't the fact that are souls existing things or not, its all about that what you would trade it to if you would have the opportunity. You could also think, that you would lose something reaaaaaally valuable in the trade, after you die of course, so, you could think you are trading away something that makes yourself.

so basicly; what would you want in return of yourself.

As long as nobody pulls a "why do we live?" in here, which is greater:

a. invulnerability+no-old-aging (live forever)
b. invincibility (never lose)
c. time-space manipulation (no kompression crap)
