Lying on hard floor sounds uncomfortable.

Maybe it's carpet?

And why not just go outside and lie on the grass and look at the sky?

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

I don't find hard floors to be uncomfortable to lie on. Except for when my dog decides to step on my face.

Maybe I've simply slept on the floor one time too many.

Sitting on the other hand hurts my butt and legs.

I grew up with carpet in my house, so I'm used to lying on the floor. We have carpet in our dorm, but it's pretty much just slightly colder concrete.

Also, partying is still probably the best solution I've came across to fix being depressed.
And I'm introverted as fuck.

I'm gunna leave you anyway.

Listen to music, watch a movie, eat some food, shower.

I don't think I've felt down ever since I read the bonus image in this comic:

That graph is like a doorstop for my brain.

Suicide hotline? I call them every now and then to ask them stuff like how they're doing and what they ate for dinner the previous night. I figure it's a welcomed change from the usual angsty teenagers "OMG I can't handle life anymore convince me not to cut wrists!"

I clean everything and go for a run at 12am. AND then I listen to some of my favorite songs e.g.

Life is too short to be sad for too long.... I figure the faster you get over it, the faster the better stuff comes along:)

Cool question!
I try to stay positive in life,it really helps and often fend off those bad day blues.
I have a couple rituals that help me when im feeling down.

A nice warm shower for me helps clear the head a bit so i can focus on fixing whats bothering me.
I also love a nice quiet drive at night, ill detour 15-20 minutes just to have the extra time to think.
I like talking out loud too. I also have 2 best friends that know me better than anyone else and who can
usually talk some sense into me.

I have also just learned to drop what bothering me and move on.Its really the only way.So many people
carry baggage from the past or cant let go and it just burns them up from the inside.
