What do you do when you're depressed?

Same here.. when i'm depressed i just cannot move.. cuz my body is weak, i stop eating anything.. and cry for days :D so no way to move :D

I think I fixed it to what it's supposed to say... Anyways, point is pumping endorphins / stimulants into yourself isn't a bad idea.

Natural or otherwise.

Haven't heard of endorphins producing more just because one is moving, will look that up, but it still does not change the fact that I master up all I can just to get home and not stay somewhere outside. Well usually I can get to my room and fall in bed. As it usually takes up all my strength I fall asleep quite fast and can go on when I wake up :)
Do not see any reason to make myself move even more if all I need is a sleep and some drugs in the morning  ;D

But it applies to a lot of physical activity.
