I could see a season 2 either being extended events and just the imai momka arc or that with a combination of the suwano arc

How so? Seems to me like the amount of content still available through the manga is more then enough for another season if they wanted to make another. The show was very entertaining and the story in general is some what unique. Depending on how well the anime did in Japan of course.

Yes there is content, but you have to consider the way the season ended, it was an open ending, but there is mutual bond between characters, they are dating, Urabe even visited his mom's grave which is kinda important if you ask me.

Even though this ended in an open ending, the way it ended doesn't necessarily mean there has to be a second season, we know they hook up, we know they stay together, and that Urabe wants to be with him. We know he will not be Makoto on her and he will be like a trained puppy, he won't betray her.

We know very well how this relationship will end, making a second season would just be poking our eyes for candy.

I'm not saying NO to S2, but I don't really see a reason for it as well.

No, relationship-wise, they ended in suggesting that they will live happily ever after, so from that standpoint there is no need for more stuff. But as far as story progresses, there is material for S2.

They ended the season in a warm fluffy fuzzy feeling that everything will be just fine from here on out. So from this point, it's up to them to decide if they want an S2 or not, as there is no real need for it.

Currently am at episode 8. I came across this anime by pressing the random button on the bakabt website. And let me say this, i was bored yesterday, and while watching this anime, my only thoughts were: "WTF". All i had in my mind was WTF. But i guess it was kinda entertaining, it's a weird type of comedy.

I agree it reminded me why I liked this show and the manga so much. I've been waiting on another issue of the manga for a while this'll help to hold me over for a bit I guess. I am still crossing my fingers for a second season though .
