That much I know, thing is, Oka was informed several times by Urabe, that she's forcing herself into Urabe's business without being asked to. That's why I would slap her, Urabe is so far showing a lot of patience, probably because she was able to make a female friend and likely because she knows about them so she doesn't want to do anything yet.

I only just caught up on the episodes and I like the show so far. I do agree she is pushy as all hell.

That's misleading dude, she actually enjoyed it, even though she didn't know about it. Though her clothes, especially the tight sweater, looked awesome on her.
