If it would be any different than High School of the Dead, which in terms of possible situations world wide is the most realistic outcome (i'm not talking about boob-physics but how the world reacted with nukes at some point) until EMP is deployed, you don't need a car like that in that leaflet, and after the EMP, you won't be using it anyways

Several things you need to know about the tactics is how the zombies react with the environment.
-Sight range (if any)
-Hearing capability (if any)
-smell reactions (if any)
-reflex (if any)
-movement speed (if any)
-attack strength (if any)
-instinctual group tactics (if any)
Then you have to adjust your survival strategies and tactics.
-If zombies react to sound only, avoid contact and making sounds at all costs.
-If zombies react to visual experience only, remain unseen. Travel by night if applicable.
-If zombies react to smell, create as many diversions as you can, also pepper to sabotage their smell ability temporarily.
-If zombies react by reflex, depending on reflex level, adjust avoidance and attack patterns if needed.
-If zombies are moving at slow/moderate/fast pace, adjust accordingly. If slow, exploit it to your advantage, if fast, avoid their acquisition range or exploit their speed.
-If zombies strength is strong/moderate/small, adjust accordingly. Exploit small power with brute force to quickly overpower them, or improve defenses. In most cases the attack strength will likely depend on size and earlier abilities. Zombies feel no pain so they feel no muscle restraint on the body. Accept the fact that they may be considerably strong physically, but shouldn't possess any intelligence to use it conveniently.
-Due to lack of intellect, zombies may travel is small or moderate groups by instinct and coincidence, but will not exploit the profits of being in a groups. Highly unlikely for Hive-Mind intellect ability, so larger groups will not be smarter. If zombies travel in small groups, it's easy to exploit to outmaneuver them and possibly dispatch them without making much effort (digging a large hole and wait for it to spring, then burn the grouped zombies to kill their infectious cells)
One should consider finding a mating partner(s) to preserve species survival.
One should avoid getting dogs, even a trained canine will eventually succumb to hunger for meat, and possibly eat an infected piece, which will in turn (if never seen a canine zombie, mutation is not an impossible threat) into a canine zombie. Canine zombies will be fast and due to animal instincts will develop acute hearing and likely exceptional smelling and tracking via smell tactics. Low durability of canine zombies is made up by considerable speed and jaw strength.
Animal zombies will follow more instinctively and consider intellectual advantage of grouped tactics, unlike human zombies whose instincts are highly suppressed.
Zombie Variety Threat levels:
Human zombies - B-
Animal Zombies - A++
Avian Zombies - A
Marine Zombies - S
It is highly unlikely insects would fall to the zombie phenomena but one should not simply exclude such a possibility.
Insect Zombies should be considered as - SSS++ threat !!!
