He is a gamer, girls is a secondary objective  :P
For one thing, Tiff is not on any level what I would call a typical American.  She's not what I would consider a typical person.  I don't know any other genius geneticist anime-fan martial artist marksman model-level beauties, do you?

Remember at the start how they all looked in a mirror (the free item) and were made to resemble their real-life selves (With some hilarity)... I wonder if we'll see any physical changes as a result of them being basically in a coma-like state in the real world. That would be neat...

Damn, trouble are brewing.

I don't think that asshole will leave it at that, and there was this guy from some PK guild I think.
At least some action with Asuna but I have a weird feeling Kirito is still higher level, he's used to play solo, but he did play with Asuna a few times, they didn't party for a long time so he might be pretty damn dazed with how good she is.

I really have this weird feeling that asshole will do something stupid.

Yeah I have to agree with Havoc about that asshole.

Asuna is pretty strong now I see, but still, I believe that the Kirito has the highest level in the game. I'm sure of it.

The new boss is kind of scary, and I have a feeling something terrible and horrible will happen because of him...

I have to agree with everyone on that derp body guard. Something will happen with him being the cause. I think Kirito is a lot stronger than he shows, for various reasons.

Also you can see the love interest more from Asuna and Kirito is starting to show it as well.

Guessing next episode is entitled to that boss, so I think we'll see some top notch action ahead.

Oh, and the KirAsu development was awesome :3c

Loved this episode <3

It definitely would interesting to see just how they deal with stuff in real life. Obviously, we can't have that since it's not what most people are watching this for. Not like we have to touch the subject every episode, but once in a while so they could answer some of the questions we have.

The show is kind of a disappointment in that they use event-of-the-week, it just makes it slightly less interesting to watch though it's good.

I don't remember if it's mentioned in the anime but all players got transferred to medical facilities when the truth about SOA goes worldwide and are kept alive the same way any coma patient would. While the NerveGear can't be removed it has an internal battery that gives enough time to make it possible to move the player/gear without causing death.

It was mentioned and I think it was Kirito that said something like that, but still, it was also explained that the nervegear controls their food need, if they eat in the game, their hunger is subsided, all they need is the UV or what it was, they get fluids they need from the tube to the blood, they could be fed if their body reacts to being fed normally too, but I don't think it was ever mentioned. Food they taste in-game seems real anyway.

I do agree, I want cooking like that :D

But Asuna is right, real life cooking is actually more fun :)

The boss looks like baphomet

i actually like how they haven't shown the outside world at all, while it would explain things to us without that it lets us feel more what the characters are feeling, they have no idea whats going on outside and can only speculate, which is exactly what we are doing since we know nothing more than what they mentioned.
I'll get round to it someday. SOMEDAY ffs

I like the idea of an assassin's guild. I mentioned at the start of the show that I wondered how they were going to deal with PKers in a rogue-like life-or-death setting such as this, pretty awesomely thus far. I wasn't even considering something as sinister as full-time assassins, I thought it would just be people going ax crazy in the situation.

You'd think after Asuna made a point of the game algorithms being strange and both having encountered occasions when teleportation stones have failed, they'd be more hesitant to enter the Minotaur's layer, especially seeing as they're portrayed as being overly cautious almost all the time. I guess that's just human nature.

*sigh* I want to play this game.

I wonder though if it's true about boss monsters never leaving the room they protect, I have a weird feeling that there might be bosses that don't protect a room ? What if this one is one of those ?

I agree about the assassins guild, they played out the PK system quite well, although people killing people knowing they die in real life make you think twice about it, but I guess some people don't have some restraints.

I always hated PVP systems in online games except RO, RO was incredibly fun and remains my ONLINE GAME OF THE DECADE. Nothing topped it yet :)

Similarities between RO and SAO are big, which is why I am constantly reminiscing the times I played RO when I watch SAO :)

I also would love to play SAO, there will be a game for PSVita released in 2013 if i'm not mistaken.

A lot better than the Anime :D

The variety of classes and possible builds and skills is incredible, you can do a lot of fun stuff, and you never tire of watching Porings bounce around :D

I'd like to check out the revised version of RO2 but I can't find a working private server.

Still, if you can find RO private servers or just try out kRO which is free to play at the moment because of RO2 you'll know exactly how fun it is.

And the SAO Boss we just saw ? I really think he looks more like a Baphomet than a Minotaur.

You can't just assume that Kirito is the strongest in the game, they have only shown one of the other beta testers and he died. Anyway i sure he will come up against a rival in skill/level soon enough, out of the 10000 that are stuck in there there has to be one or two.  IMO this is the best of the season and i can't wait to see what is going to happen.

If they brought out a SAO game that is comparable with Skyrim I would cream my pants. Damn, just realised that I would probably have to learn japanese to play it.
