I just want GGO. seriously, don't care about any of the other arcs
I don't even know which arc is that, but what the hell! More raiding is more pleasure for me! -looks back at WoW raiding ... -

Watching this in Blu-ray from Coalgirls is so mind blowing. Awesome quality in 1080p and superb audio. Few more episodes to go for the BDs.

GGO = Gun Gale Online. The arcs are not actually named after the game he plays so the arc name is Phantom Bullet (just like the first arc was called Aincrad and the second Fairy Dance).
No so much raiding in GGO as it's more of a PVP game, you will have to wait for the forth arc (Mothers Rosario) or if they perhaps do an OVA of the Caliber SS side story for more raiding.
Memories are meant to fade. They're designed that way for a reason.

I liked the second season. As soon as Kirito woke up, the first thing on my mind is what happened to Asuna ... then seeing her bedridden was shocking.

the concepts was awesome - diving back into a game just like the one that kept you imprisoned for years risking your life everyday, in order to save your loved one.
but the execution was just complete trash, by then end of it asuna was like a side-quest, he just wanted to beat the guy up for making it an impossible game.
I'll get round to it someday. SOMEDAY ffs

The second season was watchable. But that's about it.

As I've said before, for me, it ruined the series. Him limping through the hospital hall was a perfect place to end it and that's what it should've done.

They wouldn't have done that simply because it wouldn't follow the light novel's story. A lot of people were angry at the light novel for changing so suddenly as well, but the light novel does it a little bit better. They aren't going to take out a huge chunk of the light novel for the anime, that wouldn't make sense.

My two disappointments were the system in that elf world really sucked ass compared to SAO's system, and there was no raiding ................. that's all I could complain about in the 2nd arc.

The ALO game goal i.e. go to the top of a tower and get indefinite flying ability was kind of meh.

As if that stopped studios and directors before.

Ok, I must be pretty late to the party, but this whole '16.5' thing, is that only fanfiction and this is it?

The dub is not so bad as expected... it is just awful.
Klein doesn't sound normal for his char at all, not to mention the scream in the end of the episode.
I attached LtN's version to the BDrip for those who want to give it a try.

As far as dubs go, I thought it was fine :/ I've heard a hell of a lot worse.
