Now it finally gets serious.

And finally Asuna <3

Well it's pretty interesting. And we still don't know so much about this game.

I supposed that people would get into relationships, but I didn't think there would actually be wife/husband relationship.

Oh and I'm glad that Klein is also in the leading groups.

I like anime very much, but probably I'll read the light novels when I find time.

Oh and I have a feeling we'll get to know them irl soon. Well there's a scene in OP where Asuna brings food for Kirito, and that looks pretty real lifish.

Easy, when you play with someone for a very long time you get to know each other better than in real life you would.
Connection such as this is more free and sometimes more intimate without any sexual relations, just mutual.
This sometimes leads to people making a sigh of their relationship by an in-game marriage, it's not the same symbolically but it does symbolize some sort of strong bond.

I'm usually soloing like Kirito does, so even against strong enemies (Powerful Elite's) i tend to go all out alone.

On my shaman in WoW I only died once when soloing higher level enemies, had bad luck encountering a spawned elite that was 2 levels higher than me :) Back in the early years of WoW an elite mob was actually incredibly strong, even if you were around 2-3 levels above, it could still pound you quite easily, from what I know about WoW these days (i'm no linger a player) Elites only take 2 times more time to kill without being 8 times stronger than a normal mob.

^ well, yeah, WoW certainly went downhill a lot after Burning Crusade, but yeah, that expalins it, never understood that in game marriage myself :D

(+ I do always solo, that is why I favour hybrids)

I used to play Elemental Shaman, During Burning Crusade it was one of the most balanced classes, so it wasn't very easy to solo elite mobs, now you can pwn elites even in restoration specc.

As for SAO's last ep, i really enjoyed the little moment of silent peace with Kirito and Asuna under that tree, those two form a very powerful team so I am expecting some nice combat with them soon.

I'm currently looking for a game for PC/PSX/PS2 with the similar system (not .//Hack.GU) so if anyone has some ideas i'm happy to try em out.

Asuna seems to have become quite powerful sine Kirito last saw her, even more than she already was. Loved her tsundere traits. Seems her interest in him is growing, though he seems a bit unsure what to make of her right now.

So now we have a murder mystery inside a game on our hands. I knew the girl would be killed at the end of the episode. Now they have to find this Grimlock guy.

A Game Master has the ability to kill whatever he wants, by a strange twist of fate, the game maker and god could have appointed some game masters to amuse himself more.

I was kind of guessing that maybe he was essentially killed out of town and kept alive until he could be hanged (hung?) in the bell tower, sort of the equivalent of death due to a poison effect's step-by-step damage before you can get cleansed at a Church. Then her death threw that theory out the window.

This show hasn't done what I've expected it to do since the 2nd episode, and that makes me deeply happy. It makes me want to see an anime for the Yureka manhwa even more.

So.. I guess this episode was also fillerish.. =//

I want to ask questions to those who read the light novels. When will the main arc begin? Do you have any idea?

Other than this, anime is great, it's tempting, I'm looking forward to it more than to any other show. Kirito is really awesome. I want to know more about him, and Asuna of course. I adore her <3 <3

This much for now. I'll write more when I have new thoughts.

I know :)

Noda, far as I seen from other peoples reactions so far, this anime isn't following the LN directly. I think it's understandable since this show will be 12+1 but given the popularity it gets (PSP game is in the works) they could make an S2 depending on how the show will end.

I'm willing to guess that so far we are seeing some events and side stories, we will see the main arc or final arc around episode 9-10 to 12 when the show will conclude the story or enter the second season entry point (end with an open ending allowing second season to kick in with continuing the story towards it's end if they don't conclude it in S1.
