Higher Quality GIFs: Tutorial

Hello fellow Otakus,

I just thought i'd contribute what little I can to a community which has given so much to me. Since I see some anime GIFs which are of lesser quality I made a guide on how to get a more acceptable quality, albeit larger file size.
