How do i hard sub soft sub?

For the past few weeks  I have been trying to hard Sub an MKV file using this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRy35zMAWjQ Im having trouble when i have to open the AVISynth Script (.ass) in MeGUI. An error pops up saying



and this is what my script says...

DSS2("C:\Users\LEO_2\Desktop\ef_a_tale_of_memories_OP1_[1080p,BluRay,x264]_-_THORA.mkv")
Textsub("C:\Users\LEO_2\Desktop\EF OP 1 EXTRACTED\ef_a_tale_of_memories_OP1_[1080p,BluRay,x264]_-_THORA_track3_eng.ass")

I did save it as an AviSynth Script, I have tried reordering the lines, and i HAVE installed the "VSfilter.dll" in the AviSynth plugins folder.

Im trying to convert it to an AVI & Hard Sub this without losing quality.

Any help is appreciated :D

P.S
 Would also appreciate if anyone could link me to a player that could play HD MKV files, and if possible Netflix, hulu, etc :D

***UPDATE***

I fixed my issue. Turns out my VSFilter was bad, so i got a different one :D
