Kara no Kyoukai for me, easily my favourite anime movie(s).

Also Unlimited Blade Works & TTGL Movie 2.
Quite liked Break Blade as well, but the ending feels kind of incomplete as it is.

Yes, the KnK movie series was amazing and my favorite(s) as well.
I'll go with everyone else... pretty much all the Ghibli movies, except for Grave of the Fireflies (that was terrible).
Macross DYRL?
Jin-Roh
The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
Ghost in the Shell: SAC - Solid State Society

I don't think most people would agree with Hotaru no Haka being terrible  :)
It's a fantastic movie, that I'll most probably not be able to rewatch as it's so abyssmally sad and I cried so very much...

Ai Oboete Imasu Ka is good, but probably not possible to understand unless you watch the original Macross TV series first.

Shit I can't believe I forgot about that one! Loved the twist at the end of it.

Kara no Kyoukai is my most favorite piece of anime. It's the most perfect thing I've ever seen.
And if I'm to choose which is my most favorite movie from all 7 I'll go for "Paradox Spiral".

My favourites, in no particular order.

Redline (Such mindless fun and superb animation)
Dead Leaves (Only recently watched this and I absolutely adored it!)
Ghost in the Shell (Another classic, first time I'd ever seen breats in anime, hehe)
Princess Mononoke (I had originally seen a part of this from my Japanese friend back before this was even in North America. His family had sent him a copy, ON VHS no less, when it was first popular in Japan. I watched it again years later and was blown away)
Spirited Away (The second Ghibli movie I'd ever seen. Have watched both the Japanese and American dub, both great!)

I have to agree. Kara no Kyoukai is really good.

Sadly. I have to dissagree, I watched Summer Wars with really high expectations recently. And obviously I was extremely dissapointed. For me it didn't appear to focus on a single storyline but instead tried to have multiple stories, with completely different target audiences, and therefor failed horribly. It contained some really good parts and was wery well done, on that I can not complain, but for me it didn't mix up well. The childish cyber fighting would have been good in a childish cyber fighting movie but it was horrible and really destroyed the experiece for me when it was mixed in with some more serius elements of family trubble and heartbreaking love. And likewise, if I would have been of the type who like that kind of non realistic cyber fighting (really, why don't you just shut down the server or something, it is only a social network just like facebook and the like (and no, I don't intend to start a sub discussion about this)), I don't think I would have appreciated the other scenes, not to talk about one of the main protagonists (the girl, can't remember her name on the top of my head). But of course this is all just my personal prefference and I know that many people love this movie so even if I didn't enyoy it myself I would recommend giving it a try to gain an oppinion of your own, you might just be one of the ones who love it.

Love you all, and p.s. go watch Kara no Kyoukai, you really can't go wrong there.

I enjoyed summer wars because it was fun, wasn't really playing the part of the critic when watching it. XD

I'll take your word for it, I was looking around, reading some stuff and Kara no Kyoukai looks awesome! Had no idea it was a series of movies! I posted something on the "Kara no Kyoukai" thread about the films, so if you want to help me out please drop by. :)

Also, I forgot to add "Ghost in the Shell" as one of my top animes.

Studio Ghibli's I watched and enjoyed:

-Howls Moving Castle
-Spirited Away
-Princess Mononoke
-Cats Return

My little brother watched Ponyo and Howls in school (seriously what do they do in that elementery school? Watch Studio Ghibli films?) and said Ponyo was awesome, I should really look into that. (Kara no Kyoukai first!!)

I'm really stoked for Kizumonogatari, which is very likely to end up in my top anime films.
