Clannad_92:
im planning to update my s2..
which one is better?
ginger VS ice cream...

gimme your reason

FlyinPenguin:
I don't have any person experience with ICS (I will once my S3 arrives) but from what I hear ICS really helps improve performance on the S2, and Android devices in general.

Here is a recent test: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeqSz-mIaug

This is a pretty good article: http://www.androidauthority.com/android-2-3-gingerbread-vs-android-4-0-ice-cream-sandwich-37742/

Clannad_92:
uhhh...gonna stick with GB...

i have found that MXplayer can play MKV 1080p with no lag...

btw, is there any player that can play 10bit MKV 1080p?
the player that i have tried is DICE, MOBO, MX...but all of them are laggy and one of them can play (albeit no subs shown, cant remember who)...

Dhruv:
I used one of my friends S2 and played the same game on it what i played on mine(Temple Run)
iPhone has the best touchscreen there is
but S2 i wouldn't say so
for example it wouldn't respond when i tell it to jump almost in every run of the game(assuming you know what the game is about)
samsung may have the better processor but screen is no match yet.  :)

IPhone does not have the best touchscreen there is. Just look at some of the Android phones out there. There are many screens that far surpass the IPhone.

I would imagine there were some things going on in the background that were causing the S2 to be unresponsive.
