I eat a bowl of cereal (I think about 2 cups) with milk (maybe 1.5 cups, not sure) every day for breakfast, with very few exceptions. Today it was Kellog's Crunchy Nut cereal. Tomorrow, it will probably be Strawberry Frosted Mini-wheats. There are other kinds I buy, like Quaker oatmeal squares (which is like eating crunchy flavored cardboard), and a few other General Mills brands I can't think of offhand.
This is why I could never go on a low-carb diet; if it weren't for cereal for breakfast, and whole wheat sandwiches (ham & turkey with cheese) for lunch, I'd probably be hungry all of the time.
