Teaser Trailer
Type: TV Series
Genre: Romance, Drama, Comedy, Harem?, School Life, Baseball?
Official Title: リトルバスターズ!
Original Work: Visual Art`s/Key

Synopsis: Little Busters!' story revolves around the main protagonist Riki Naoe, a young male high school student. When Riki was a child, his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. What saved him was a group of three young boys and one girl his age who referred to themselves as the Little Busters — a group dedicated to fighting evil and preserving justice. The leader of the Little Busters was Kyousuke Natsume who had a younger sister named Rin. The other two members of the Little Busters were Masato Inohara and Kengo Miyazawa, who are rivals despite being friends. They took Riki out and played together with him during his time of need, effectively making him the fifth member of the Little Busters. In time, Riki really enjoyed playing with them, and his grief over his parents gradually faded away. When the story begins, Riki and his friends are seemingly in their second year of the high school they attend, except for Kyousuke who is in his third year. They still hang out together, and enjoy their school life.
For those who are not aware, Little Busters! is a visual novel made by Key. Air, Kanon and Clannad are also visual novels from key that were adapted into animes. Key also played a huge part in Angel Beats!, and I have heard they will be making a VN of it eventually.
For those who have played Little Busters!, or atleast know of it...
THIS IS GREAT NEWS!!!
I have been awaiting this news ever since i finished the game, and I am SOOOO excited about this!
If the quality of the anime will be anywhere near that of Clannad or Angel Beats!, THIS WILL BE EPIC!!!
On a calmer note, there is still no official word on who will be animating it. However, it seems likely that it will be Kyoto Animation or P.A. Works.
It will be produced by J.C.Staff. :'(
.....
AAARGHH! can't wait, can't wait! CAN'T WAIT!!!! ;D ;D ;D
Edit: Added a picture and some other info.
Edit 2: Added a link to the teaser trailer.
Edit 3: :'(
Bob2004:
I vaguely remember a quote from Jun Maeda saying that they wouldn't want anyone other than Kyoto Animation to do the adaptations for any more of their games, so it seems likely that it'll be them. Then again, I vaguely remember something about KyoAni having turned the offer to do Little Busters down at some point in the past, so maybe it won't be.
So long as it isn't Toei though, I'll be happy. I've never liked any of their Key Adaptations.
Anyway, apparently (hard to tell, since the official source of the news has been taken down, and most of what I'm getting seems to be rumour and speculation), it'll be officially announced on April 10th in Dengeki's Visual Arts magazine, so we'll probably have to wait until then for more information.

I just hope they don't screw it up.
Tatsujin:
wow I was about to make a thread, and here's one ... and it looks ... I shouldn't say anything, lol.

Does it look better now?
